Laura Bonato is associate of the Banking & Financial Regulation Team in Milan.

Laura focuses her practice on financial regulation: she assists national and international banks, investment companies, SGR, payment and e-money institutions on their regulatory obligations under applicable law, in their interrelation with CONSOB and Bank of Italy, as well as in anti-money laundering and privacy matters.

Laura has also gained a significant experience in fintech, in particular regarding the initiatives of supervised entities and of start-ups interested in the regulatory development of digital fund raising or lending.
