Associate
Andrea di Gregorio is Associate within the Banking & Finance Team in Milan.
He assists clients in the field of banking and finance law, as well as in corporate crisis resolution and debt restructuring.
Andrea has gained experience in voluntary and judicial debt restructuring transactions, including debt restructuring agreements, certified recovery plans and composition agreements, assisting clients (including banks and financial intermediaries) in the negotiation and implementation of negotiated crisis resolution instruments.
He also deals with corporate finance transactions, drafting loan agreements – including those guaranteed by SACE and Mediocredito Centrale (MCC) – together with the related ancillary documentation (including guarantee packages and legal opinions).
