Valentina Santoni is Associate of Alma.

Valentina is a member of the Investment Funds team and works in the asset management sector.

She assists domestic and international clients in the structuring and establishment of alternative investment schemes across various asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, private debt) as well as in investments in newly established alternative funds, secondary market transactions, and co-investments. In particular, she has developed significant experience in advising European institutional investors on investments in Italian alternative funds.

Valentina also provides assistance to asset managers in the establishment and authorization of asset management companies, as well as in the negotiation of carried interest distribution arrangements among managers.

Valentina also advises on all legal and regulatory aspects relating to the day-to-day operations of asset management companies.
