Michela Baldassarra is a Trainee within the Employment Law practice at Milan office.

Michela assists clients with the day-to-day management of employment relationships, offering support in the drafting and review of employment law documentation, including employment contracts, disciplinary measures and conciliation agreements. She also handles the termination of employment relationships, as well as providing assistance in relation to employment law issues connected with acquisitions, mergers and demergers, and employment law litigation.

Before joining the firm, Michela worked at a leading law firm in Milan, gaining significant experience in advising on labour law matters and in the field of compliance under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
