Of Counsel
Francesco assists clients on structured finance (issuance of listed debt securities, securitizations and establishment of investment funds) and corporate crisis, with a particular focus on corporate sustainability in order to achieve the goals of SDG Agenda 2030.
In the last few years, Francesco has taken part in the first covered bond issuances and public offerings of banks, as well as in multiple financing transactions (acquisition finance, object finance and project finance) and securitizations.
Francesco is Ph.D. U. Natoli and he graduated cum laude at Università Cattolica of Milan, for which he was a lecturer at the courses of private law, banking law and bankruptcy law (Prof. Dolmetta).
