Riccardo is Partner and Head of the Regulated Sectors Practice based in Rome.
Riccardo focuses on assisting clients operating in highly regulated markets, with reference to energy, environment and pharmaceuticals, in both transactional and litigation areas (Civil, Administrative, Water and Tax Courts).
After graduating in Law magna cum laude (University of Naples “Federico II”) and a Master’s degree in “Management of Energy and Environment” (University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Engineering), Riccardo lectured on energy contracts within the same master.
He also regularly lectures on pharmaceuticals matters.
