NB Aurora S.A. SICAF-RAIF signed an agreement for co-investment transactions with the alternative, closed-end, reserved
fund under Luxembourg law known as the “NB Aurora Co-Investment Fund” also managed by Neuberger Berman and subscribed by funds of funds managed by Fondo Italiano d’investimento SGR. Alma STA advised Neuberger Berman on the deal.
