Alessia Ciranna is Special Counsel at Alma Società tra Avvocati and  manage the Employment Team in Rome.

Alessia has a consolidated experience in judicial and extrajudicial assistance the field of labor law and social security.

She mainly advises and assists multinational and Italian companies, including public bodies and public-private companies.

She has significant experience in labor law consultancy for the management of day-by-day issues relating to personnel, contracts, opinions, reorganization and staff reduction procedures, collective dismissals, individual dismissals and disciplinary proceedings, as well as M&A transactions.

Significant experience in litigation concerning superior duties, demotion, individual and collective dismissal, transfer of the employee, the nature of the employment relationship, the legitimacy of the term applied to the employment contract.
