She deals with the evaluation of public profiles in the procedures of acquisition, merger and sale of companies.
She is the author of publications on law and administrative justice.
She has held and continues to hold teaching coursers in administrative law in Italian universities for Second Level Masters in Public Contracts.
She has participated and participates as a speaker in numerous conferences and conventions.
