Celeste assists national and international clients on the structuring and setting up of alternative investment schemes for a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, private debt, venture capital and real estate.
Celeste provides assistance to managers on the incorporation and authorization by the Supervisory Authorities of asset management companies and SICAFs, as well as on the structuring of alternative investment schemes including contractual and corporate framework, and the negotiation of agreements for the distribution of carried interest among managers.
Celeste also assists on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the ordinary management of alternative investment funds.
Celeste assists institutional investors on a wide range of issues, including investments in newly established alternative investment schemes, secondary market operations and co-investments.>
