Elisabetta Zicarelli is an Associate in the Employment Law Department at the firm’s Milan Office.

Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2022, she advises and represents both domestic and multinational companies, in the public and private sectors, on a broad range of employment law matters, providing both advisory and litigation assistance.

Elisabetta has developed extensive experience in employment law, with a particular focus on data protection issues in the workplace, collective bargaining, disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, workplace harassment (mobbing), as well as the drafting of internal policies, employment-related compliance programmes and employment contracts.
