Marco has a strong background in civil, commercial and antitrust litigation and has gained significant experience in complex contract drafting and negotiation.
Marco has specialized both in the strictly judicial phases of litigation (including arbitration and cross-border litigation) and in the transactional matters, providing legal opinions and contractual advice to the Italian and international companies assisted. Marco has also gained significant experience in IP with particular reference to copyright and audiovisual law and in antitrust law in relation to private enforcement proceedings.
