Mario Scofferi is Partner at Alma and Head of the Employment practice at the Milan office.

Mario focuses on all aspects of employment, agency, and self-employment relationships, advising clients in both litigation and out-of-court matters, including the assistance on his field in transactional deals.

Mario regularly assists clients with the negotiation of both employment and self-employment agreements, throughout the performance of such relationships and at their termination, with the aim of providing high-quality services grounded in rigorous analysis and close client interaction.

His clients operate in the tourism, services, finance, credit, chemical, tech, infrastructure and public administration sectors (including state-owned companies).

Mario has also developed considerable experience in managing companies’ relationships with their board members, as well as in disputes involving social security institutions.

He is the author of numerous articles on labor law published in professional journals.

Mario is admitted to the Milan Bar and is also a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers Association – and of the Italian Journalists Association.
