Riccardo is experienced in arbitration, litigation, private and commercial international law, employment law and bankruptcy. He has handled a wide range of international matters involving multiple jurisdictions and disputes of high economic and industrial relevance, often with significant impact in specific sectors of the various markets.
He advises leading companies in the Hi-tech, railway, construction, utilities, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors, both in the negotiation and structuring of contracts and in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
Riccardo has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration proceedings, both as member of various arbitration panels and as counsel.
He teaches international procedural law at the Master of International Trade Law at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
