Rosario Apuzzo is senior associate of the Litigation and Arbitration team in Rome.
Rosario has an extensive experience in the management of civil, commercial and bankruptcy litigation and  provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients (with a strong presence in Europe and the United States) like innovative start-ups, banks, financial services companies etc., both in the management of litigation and arbitration proceedings and in commercial and international contract law matters on issues related to civil, commercial and bankruptcy law.
As part of his pro bono activities, Rosario serves non-EU citizens who invoke their right to family reunion in our country.
