Senior Associate
Sergio is mainly focused on financial regulation, matters providing support to banks and financial institutions on all regulatory aspects in relation to investment services and banking and financial products.
Sergio has experience in corporate and financial law, with focus on payment services and e-money issues, investment services, financial instruments, drafting of 231/2001 models, anti-money laundering and privacy. He also gained experience in providing support to both national and international industrial groups and financial institutions on ordinary business, as well as on corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance and M&A transactions.
