Simone Bianco is a Trainee at Alma within the Investment Funds Team at the Milan office, where he works on contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters related to the structuring, establishment, and management of alternative investment funds, including in cross-border contexts.
Simone has gained experience within the legal team of Heritage Holdings, a Luxembourg-law Fund of Funds, where, as a Legal Officer intern, he supported the fund’s investment operations in areas including KYC, legal due diligence, contractual matters, compliance, and regulatory aspects.
He graduated with honors in Law in 2024 from the University of Naples “Parthenope,” with a specialized thesis in European Union law focused on anti-money laundering.
He has published contributions in the field of financial regulation, including an article dedicated to the impact of the Artificial Intelligence Act on the cryptocurrency ecosystem and on the prevention of money laundering.
