Sofia Conti is Trainee within the Employment practice at the Milan office.

Sofia supports clients in the day-to-day management of employment relationships, assisting in the drafting and review of employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, settlement agreements and the management of terminations of employment, as well as handling employment law aspects of M&A transactions and litigation.
